That's funny. At the UMC Board meeting yesterday, Jerry Jones with the Office of Facilities Planning and Control said that the state owned all the parcels in the UMC Footprint.
NOTE: Unless these two parcels are the Cox blockhouse property that is staying and one other - at least one property will apparently be used by contractors on site.
