I've never featured this strange property here on the blog. It's located in the LSU Footprint on S. Johnson Street, and it was seemingly abandoned since Katrina...but then, a few weeks ago, vehicles began parking on the site and the grass was clipped strategically. It may have something to do with Oktoberfest - Deutsches Haus is in the background of the shot.
Today, an elderly lady was weeding along the back fence of her property, which is off at left.
