Activity Resumes in the LSU Footprint
The other day, I saw that a large lot along Tulane Avenue in the LSU Footprint had been cleared (down close to St. Joseph's Church).
Today, workers cleared two lot vacant, overgrown lots along lower Palmyra. At one, shown above, an archaeological crew of some kind arrived on the scene shortly after the equipment departed.
While the lady pictured above is clearly just managing traffic, I thought, as I approached from afar, that she might have been a protestor - holding up a sign not for motorists, but for LSU.
