Which firm is doing the archeological study? State contractor United States Risk Management? VA contractors Goodman & Associates or AECOM? FEMA? Somebody new? Why was this not done BEFORE so much of the neighborhood fabric was destroyed?
A small number of site selection scoping meetings and Section 106 meetings were held for the VA portion of the project starting on June 26th 2008. When were similar meetings held for the LSU? Wasn't there only one LSU-side meeting (November 29th 2007) prior to official site selection?
