This large building at Canal and S. Galvez, which has never appeared here, is in perfectly good shape - restored, sporting its Corinthian capitals and entablature.
It too, will be demolished.

If this is the Cox Cable building at 2120 Canal, the Nora Group purchased it in 2006.
Corporate Realty's website noted NORA Group as the purchaser of the Cox building but property transfers identify the purchaser as 2120 Canal Street LLC.
