It's worth noting that there are a number of homes like this small one within the Footprint that were rehabilitated by Canal Housing, seemingly post-K.
I'm curious as to whether owners would truly get "just compensation" considering the various inputs that go into a decision to reinvest post storm - lost opportunity costs elsewhere, for one.
